Description
This course, completed without goggles, is intended for children who have passed the Shark badge or who meet the corresponding assessment requirements. Neoprene suits are not permitted.
In this course, swimmers learn the tumble turn, among other skills. The main goal is to swim a full 100-metre Individual Medley: 25 metres butterfly, 25 metres backstroke, 25 metres breaststroke, and 25 metres front crawl.
