Description
This course is completed without goggles and is intended for children who have passed the Octopus badge or who already meet the assessment requirements for it. Neoprene suits are not permitted.
The focus is on the crawl and breaststroke techniques and the breaststroke kick (flex feet). The goals are to swim one length using the crawl technique with three-stroke breathing and to perform a clean start dive.
