Description
This course is completed without goggles and is intended for children who have passed the Octopus badge or who already meet the assessment requirements for it. Neoprene suits are not permitted.
The focus is on front crawl and back crawl technique, as well as breaststroke kick. The goal is to swim one full length using front crawl, with breathing to the side.
