Description
This course is taken without swimming goggles on, and is aimed at children who have successfully completed the crocodile badge without goggles on and who safely fulfil the test requirement guidelines. In the Polar Bear course, we focus on improving swimming strength and fitness as well as swimming skills in the guidelines in addition to what we believe is best for the group. The distances become longer and the breaks shorter. We refine all types of swimming including breaststroke technique and introduce dolphin technique.
