Description
This course is designed for children who have successfully completed the Crab badge or who already meet the requirements for it. Children must be able to swim without goggles. They must also be able to stay in the pool area without their parents, as parents may accompany them only to the changing rooms.
As preparation for the deep pool, part of the course takes place where the children can't touch the bottom of the pool. The main focus is on body position in the water (gliding and floating), leg propulsion, and exercises on the back. You can find full details about the test levels at www.swimsports.ch.
