Description
This course, completed without goggles, is intended for all swimmers who have passed the Foundation Tests 1 to 7 (Crab to Polar Bear) or who already meet the assessment requirements. Neoprene suits are not permitted.
The focus is on improving swimming strength and overall conditioning. Distances become longer and rest periods shorter. We practise the front crawl start and the crawl tumble turn, and we also introduce dolphin technique.
