This swimming course takes place in the deep pool and without goggles. It is intended for children who have passed the Frog badge (or who meet the assessment criteria for it). Neoprene suits are not permitted.

The main elements we work on are flutter kick and body tension (e.g., "Superman"), backstroke, back crawl, and "polar bear" swimming. The goal is to swim 12.5 metres continuously.
