FAQ

Do I have to pay to enter the pool? Yes – entrances are not included in the course fee.

Do I have to accompany my child? Children under the age of 10 are not allowed to enter the pool alone. Street clothes are not allowed in the pool area.

What happens after the registration? All the information (payment details / semester dates) you find on the website

Who do I contact? For questions and if you have to cancel a lesson etc. please send me an email: info@monirossi.ch

Make up lessons? Missed classes can be made up within the same semester. Please check the website about days/times.

What about the insurance? Insurance is the responsibility of the participants or their parents. We cannot assume liability for accidents. The rules of th respective pool apply before, during and after the course.

Do the kids get a badge at the end of term? Provided the requirements of the "Swiss Swimsports Guidelines" are met the kids get a badge at the last day of term. The cost per badge is Fr. 10.– (please bring along in cash).
 
Do I have to sign up for the new term? Yes - follow-up courses must be re-registered. If you are not sure about the level I am happy to help: info@monirossi.ch

Can I get a refund from my health insurance? There are just a few health insurances who pay a partial refund.

What do I need for the course? Swimming trunks / swimsuit / hair band and a towel. Swimming cap is highly recommended, hair tied together. Swimming goggles, diving masks, neoprene suits and chewing gum are NOT allowed during the lessons.
