The main goal of this course, which takes place in the deep pool is to swim at least 8 metres continuously on front or back without wearing goggles. It is intended for children who have successfully completed the Seahorse badge or who already meet the assessment criteria listed in the guidelines.

It is important that children do not spend too long playing in the water before the lesson begins, we prefer they stay warm before the lesson, and that they wear a swim cap or have their hair tied back neatly. Neoprene suits are not allowed.
