Description
This swimming course takes place in the large pool, is without goggles and is aimed at children who have passed the frog badge without goggles on, or fulfil the test requirements for it. The main elements worked on are crawl leg stroke and body tension as well as swimming on the back, back crawl, polar bear swimming and much more based upon what we feel are the needs of the group.
