This course is aimed at children from approximately 2 years of age (or as soon as they can walk properly). The accompanying adult is in the water and performs the exercises with the child.

This course promotes confidence in the water through playful learning in a group. The controlled progression, where the child is taken to the limits of their comfort zone in a safe environment, helps to develop skills on the surface and underwater. Various elements such as immersion in water, floating, gliding and breathing are learnt. The group environment allows the accompanying adult and the child to benefit from each other, providing a more thorough and quality learning experience.
