Description
This course is aimed at children aged 10 and over who have passed all seven basic badges as well as the whale, pike, shark and dolphin badges or who fulfil the test requirements for these. We mainly work on the four styles crawl, back crawl, breaststroke and basic fundamentals of dolphin as well as building up fitness and strength, underwater swimming and diving in.
