Description
This swimming course, completed without goggles, is intended for children who have passed the Penguin badge or who already meet the assessment requirements for it. Neoprene suits are not permitted.
We practice sculling, one-armed crawling, breaststroke kick in the supine position, treading water and the headfirst dive.
