This course is designed for children from around age 4 who are not afraid to put their face in or under the water without goggles and can move independently in the shallow non-swimmer pool. The goal is to develop the basic elements of swimming — gliding, floating, breathing — while following the guidelines for Level 1 Crab on www.swimsports.ch.
