Description
This swimming course, completed without goggles, is intended for children who have passed the Whale badge (or who already meet the corresponding assessment requirements). Neoprene suits are not permitted.
The focus includes start dives and the breaststroke turn. We work on all four swimming styles, as well as developing endurance and strength. The goal is to swim 75 metres continuously.
