Description
This swimming course, completed without goggles, is intended for children who have passed the Penguin badge or who already meet the assessment requirements for it. Neoprene suits are not permitted.
The main skills practiced include front-to-back rotation, variations of front crawl and back crawl technique, head-first dives, and underwater swimming.
